How to Play Park in Football Legends

Pickup football, streaks, and the lobby HUD that shows everyone your OVR.

Park Mode Guide

Park is the playlist most Football Legends clips come from. You land in a city-courts lobby, see OVR cards along the bottom, grab teammates, and play short pickup games until someone chains a streak or the court flips. It is how the game teaches throwing, catching, and first downs without a full 7v7 roster. If you only have time for one mode this week, play Park.

This page assumes you already liked the game, joined InfinityLegends, and turned Autocatch on. If not, use getting started and controls first.

What Park actually is

Park is pickup American football. Sides form in the lobby. Games are short. Launch coverage and creator videos treat the win condition as first to 21, which is four touchdowns if a score is six. First downs exist on the Park field — Juicy John’s launch video called out first-and-15 as a real, annoying thing. You are not playing a 60-minute sim. You are playing a streak sport with football rules bolted on.

The lobby HUD shows player cards with OVR, records, and cosmetics. That is the same OVR that gates Pump Fake, Hitstick, and Truck. A 89 OVR card next to a 45 OVR card is the game telling you the court is mixed. You can still win as the 45 if you catch and the 89 throws picks.

Global leaderboards exist for jobs such as quarterback and receiver. Ranked names can show a global badge in chat and on the nameplate. That badge is not a gamepass. It is a Park flex. Ignore it until you can catch.

How a Park game should feel

Hike. The QB starts the play. If you are not the QB, do not stand in the backfield unless you are blocking or running a swing. Receivers release. Rushers take a lane.

First down. Move the ball. A throwaway on first down is how streaks die. Check down. Run after the catch. Slide if you are about to get trucked and you do not have Truck yourself.

Score. Four touchdowns (to 21) is the usual Park race. Do not kneel on the one-yard line to “run clock” in a playlist that does not care about clock the way 7v7 might.

Streak. Winning games in a row is the social currency. Creators title videos around 20-win streaks and court takeovers. A streak is not XP in a hidden menu; it is lobby respect and better teammates who want to stay.

Next. After a score or a game, people requeue on the same court. If your QB is throwing into triple coverage, leave. Park pickups are not ranked shackles.

Jobs on a Park court

You need at least a thrower and a catcher. Everything else is luxury.

Quarterback. Lives on Throwing Preview and, after 30 OVR, Pump Fake. Throw to motion. Pump fake the rusher who jumps. Do not hero-ball into a sack on third down.

Receiver. The beginner job. Run a route, create space, catch, turn upfield. The WR tutorial on this wiki’s controls page is a Park tutorial in disguise. Read receiver.

Rusher / defense. Arrive at the QB. Break up the dump-off. After 50 OVR, Hitstick starts to matter. Read defense.

A two-stack of QB plus WR will beat a random four-stack that never decided who hikes. If you solo queue, announce a job in chat or just pick receiver and be useful.

Taking over a court without 99 OVR

High OVR helps. It does not catch the ball. Court takeovers in creator videos look like this:

  1. Lock a QB–WR pair. One person throws, one person gets open.
  2. Play first down honestly. Do not throw 50/50s on first down.
  3. Use cosmetics from codes so your WR is readable in a crowd.
  4. Leave a toxic court. Streaks die faster to ego than to a good rusher.
  5. When you hit 30 / 50 / 70 OVR, add the matching ability instead of buying another trail.

If the other court has globals, you will lose some. Watch what their WR does on the cut. Copy the cut, not the trash talk.

Park versus 7v7

Park is social, short, and streaky. 7v7 is the structured playlist on the same 14-player servers. Learn Park first. 7v7 punishes the same dropped ball with more witnesses and fewer “we run it back” shrugs.

You can bounce between playlists on one server. Do not bounce until Autocatch feels optional and you know whether you are a QB or a WR for the next hour.

Settings that matter in Park

Autocatch on until your hands know jump and dive. Throwing Preview on for any QB snap. Ping meter on if the court feels delayed. Codes claimed so you are not the default shirt in a lobby of summer skins. Details on controls and how to redeem.

VIP / private servers are currently not creatable on this universe. Public 14-player servers are the live game. Do not pay for a private server to “learn.” The public court is the lesson.

Getting started is the hour-one route into this playlist. Builds is how duos spec once they care. Season 5 is what changed around clans while Park stayed the main stage. After a session, tick the tools checklist so the next login is faster.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers for Park, 7v7, codes, and OVR.

What is the Park win condition?

Creator coverage treats Park as first to 21, four touchdowns, with first downs on the field. Short pickup games, then a streak if you keep the same group.

Can I play Park solo?

Yes. Pick receiver or rusher, be useful, and leave courts that will not throw you the ball. A locked QB–WR friend stack is stronger but not required.

Does Park OVR show to everyone?

Yes. Lobby cards display OVR. That number also gates Pump Fake, Hitstick, and Truck. Cosmetics do not hide it.

When should I leave Park for 7v7?

After you can catch on time and you want structured downs. 7v7 is the other playlist, not a higher rank of Park.
